1. Preamble & Scope of Service
Welcome to Hire Maharaja. By initiating a booking inquiry, reserving a luxury vehicle, chartering our caravan fleet, or using our digital reservation services, you agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms & Conditions of Service.
These terms govern all commercial passenger transportation, bespoke outstation expeditions, wedding entourage movements, and executive airport transfers orchestrated by Hire Maharaja Luxury Mobility Services across Rajasthan, Delhi NCR, and Pan-India.
2. Quotations, Bookings & Payment Terms
- Estimated Quotations: Automated system quotations are calculated based on selected service type, base daily rates, vehicle seating tier, and estimated itinerary distance. Final billing reflects actual kilometers traveled and additional bespoke add-ons requested.
- Advance Reservation Deposit: A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the mutually agreed advance token deposit (typically 25%–50% depending on fleet category and peak wedding/holiday season demand).
- Balance Settlement: The outstanding balance payment must be settled prior to journey boarding or on day 1 of trip commencement with our master concierge or through authorized digital payment gateways.
3. Distance Allowances, Operating Hours & Excess KM Rates
To ensure complete transparency and eliminate hidden costs, our charter contracts operate under clear distance matrices:
Standard outstation journeys include an allowance of 250 KM per calendar day (averaged over total trip duration). Any travel beyond 250 KM/day is billed at the vehicle's specific Excess KM Rate (e.g. ₹40–₹50/KM).
Standard intra-city transit packages operate on an 8 Hours / 250 KM package basis. Extra hours and excess distance beyond package limits are billed on standard per-hour and per-km tariffs.
* Note: Interstate state border road taxes, toll plaza levies, and parking access tickets are charged at actual government rates unless explicitly bundled into a bespoke all-inclusive package.
4. Royal Chauffeur Protocol & Passenger Safety
All Hire Maharaja journeys are steered by certified, background-verified master chauffeurs trained in royal hospitality:
- Chauffeurs strictly follow statutory speed limits, driving duration safety guidelines, and national highway transit laws.
- For journeys spanning multiple consecutive days, adequate rest breaks and night accommodation allowances are mandatory to ensure utmost chauffeur alertness and passenger security.
- Chauffeurs retain the professional authority to refuse routes deemed impassable, hazardous, or unpaved during extreme weather alerts.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Protocol
We understand plans may evolve. Our structured cancellation terms are outlined below:
• More than 7 Days Prior to Boarding: 100% refund of advance deposit or free credit rescheduling for future travel within 6 months.
• 3 to 7 Days Prior to Boarding: 75% refund of advance deposit (25% retained as vehicle blocking & logistics fee).
• Within 48 Hours of Boarding: Advance deposit is non-refundable due to dedicated fleet preparation, sanitized detailing, and chauffeur allocation.
• Force Majeure: In the event of government lockdown, natural catastrophes, or airport terminal shutdowns, 100% travel credit is extended with zero cancellation penalties.
6. On-Board Decor & Prohibited Activities
Our luxury fleet represents mastercraft engineering with bespoke leather recliners, starlit ambient ceilings, and wooden veneer paneling:
- No Smoking / Vaping: All vehicles are strictly smoke-free zones to preserve pure cabin air quality and fabrics.
- Vehicle Integrity: Passengers are expected to treat onboard entertainment systems, massagers, panoramic sunroofs, and recliners with care. Any deliberate damage will be assessed and billed to the booking party.
- Passenger Capacity: In compliance with Regional Transport Office (RTO) licensing, passenger count cannot exceed the designated seating capacity of the booked vehicle.
7. Limitation of Liability & Legal Jurisdiction
Hire Maharaja shall not be held liable for delays arising from extraordinary road blockades, VIP security diversions, unannounced route closures, or severe weather conditions. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
